Part of our Tupitea overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.

Tupi tea ingredients and dosage are not published anywhere on tupitea.com: there is no ingredient list, no serving size and no directions (checked October 28, 2026).[1] The only number on the jar is Net Wt. 4.23 oz (120 g).[2] This page explains what that leaves you to check, and how to use the jar panel safely when it arrives.

How do you take Tupitea?

Follow the directions printed on the jar you receive, because the vendor publishes none online. We cannot quote label directions: the vendor site has no label image, and its /supplement-facts address loads the home page.[1]

Here is what is inferred rather than stated. The name "Tupi Tea" and the 120 g jar suggest a powder you mix or brew, but the vendor never says so.[2] A third-party page calls it capsules, which conflicts with the vendor's jar. That page also lists eight ingredient names without doses; the vendor has not confirmed them.

If your jar has no directions, call 1-833-246-5597 or email support@tupitea.com and ask for the serving size in writing before you start.[3]

What is the right dose and timing?

The right dose is whatever the jar panel says, and nothing more; the vendor publishes no dose, timing or food advice. These points are sourced and apply whatever the panel shows:

  • Never exceed the panel: taking more of an unknown blend raises every risk on our side effects page.
  • Add up niacin: if the panel lists niacin, count it with your multivitamin. The NIH upper limit from supplements is 35 mg a day.[5] Above about 30 to 50 mg, flushing and itching are common.[8]
  • Food: the vendor says nothing about taking it with or without meals. If the panel is silent too, ask support.
  • Consistency: trials of reported ingredients ran for weeks, for example 12 weeks for tribulus[6] and 12 weeks for niacin.[7] None tested Tupitea, so no timeline for this product can be promised.

The vendor's "Fast-Acting" label wording is a claim with no time frame attached.[2]

How long does one jar last?

Nobody can say, because servings per jar are not published. Cost per day cannot be worked out either. This table shows what each one-time package gives you by weight (prices checked October 28, 2026).[2]

PackagePrice (checked October 28, 2026)Total net weightDays of use

The 90-day money-back promise runs from your order, so one jar is the simplest way to test it.[2] Skip the auto-refill box unless you want shipments to repeat. Full pricing is on our Tupitea price page.

What should you avoid while taking it?

Avoid stacking Tupitea with other products sold for sexual function or male vitality, and do not mix it with medicines your doctor has not cleared. Overlapping blends can double up on the same unknown ingredients, and this category is where FDA most often finds hidden drug ingredients.

  • Other "male vitality" supplements: you cannot tell what overlaps when neither label is complete.
  • Extra niacin: see the 35 mg limit above.[5]
  • Alcohol: at high niacin doses it adds to flushing and liver strain.[5]
  • Caffeine: the vendor does not say whether the product contains any, so read the panel before adding coffee or energy drinks to the same window.
  • Medicines: nitrates, other heart medicine, blood pressure medicine, prescription erection drugs and blood thinners need a doctor's OK first.

The full medicine list is on our Tupitea side effects page.

How do you track whether it is doing anything?

Keep a short daily log from day one, so you can judge results and claim a refund within 90 days if needed. Write down:

  1. The date, the time and the amount you took, using the jar panel's serving.
  2. The change you bought it for, in your own words, on a simple 1 to 5 scale.
  3. Energy and sleep, in a few words.
  4. Blood pressure, if you already check it at home.
  5. Any side effect: flushing, headache, stomach upset, dizziness.
  6. Your order date and the day the 90 days end.

Contact support in writing if you decide to return it; the terms page allows exceptions to refunds.[4]

When should you stop and talk to a doctor?

Stop and see a doctor right away if any of these happen:

  • chest pain, fainting or a racing heartbeat
  • an erection that lasts more than 4 hours
  • yellow skin or eyes, or dark urine
  • unusual bleeding or bruising
  • muscle pain or weakness with dark urine
  • swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing

Stop and call your doctor within a day or two for milder problems that do not fade, such as steady headaches or flushing.

How to take it: our summary

Use this checklist before your first serving:

  1. Read the Supplement Facts panel and directions on the jar.
  2. Show it to your doctor if you take heart, nitrate or blood pressure medicine.
  3. Take only the serving printed on the jar.
  4. Keep a daily log and note your 90-day refund date.
  5. Stop at the first red-flag symptom.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Tupi Tea dosage?

The vendor does not publish one. Tupitea.com shows no serving size, servings per jar or directions (checked October 28, 2026). Use the serving printed on the jar you receive, and ask support in writing if the jar has none.

When is the best time to take Tupi Tea?

The vendor gives no timing advice, and nothing on its site says whether to take it with food or at a certain hour. Follow the jar panel, and if it is silent, call 1-833-246-5597 or email support@tupitea.com before starting.

How many servings are in a jar of Tupi Tea?

Unknown. Each jar is 4.23 oz (120 g), but the vendor publishes no serving size, so the number of servings and the cost per day cannot be worked out. Check the panel on the jar.

Can I take two servings of Tupi Tea for faster results?

Do not take more than the jar panel says. The contents are not published, and reported ingredients like niacin cause flushing above about 30 to 50 mg. More of an unknown blend raises risk without any evidence of faster results.

How long should I take Tupitea before deciding?

The vendor gives no time frame. Trials of single reported ingredients ran around 12 weeks, but none tested Tupitea. Keep a daily log and decide before the 90-day guarantee window ends, so a refund is still possible.
